  • To follow this plan you must be over 18 and have ran at least one half-marathon or two 10mile races in the past 6 months.
  • The two time Cork City Marathon winner, Sergiu Ciobanu designed this training plan for the Keith Whyte Half Ultra Marathon which is an 18 mile race.
  • Sergiu an elite athlete, a sports therapist and a running coach based in Clonmel, South Tipperary.
